  *PLEASE NOTE:
Our In store prices are different from those online. On average online prices are 30% off whereas, in store, the avarage is about 25%.
We do offer a BGR Membership where you can get the online prices as well as the bundles in store for $25 for a year. So feel free to come by and Join the Revolution!

 

What is your Return Policy?

You may return an unopened game within  7days of delivery and will receive the full amount of the game back minus the shipping cost. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the game(s) back to us. All of our games are brand new, never having been opened, unless otherwise indicated.

 
What do I do if there were missing pieces in the game?

If pieces are missing, please contact the manufacturer of the game and they will send you the missing pieces for free.

 
Can I get a Tracking Number for my order?

Tracking numbers will be received as soon as your package ships from our store. Direct question about tracking nubers to orders@boardgamerevolution.com. If you registered when you submitted your order, you can sign-in and track your package from there.
