Our In store prices are different from those online. On average online prices are 30% off whereas, in store, the avarage is about 25%.
We do offer a BGR Membership where you can get the online prices as well as the bundles in store for $25 for a year. So feel free to come by and Join the Revolution!
What happens when I pre-order a game?
If you place an order of multiple items that includes a pre-order game, we will ship the entire order out as soon as the pre-ordered game arrives at our store.
Please Note: Release dates are provided by publishers and often get delayed. Boardgame Revolution has no contol over release dates, we will update information as soon as it becomes available, however, we will not contact you - so check back regularly to see if any release dates has changed.
How Much does it Cost to Ship?
*Orders in the coninental U.S. are $8.99 for FedEx Home Delivery (an additional $7 will be added for Alaska and Hawaii orders).
*Order over $125.00 ship at a Flat $5.00.
*Orders over $200.00 ship for Free!!!
Free Shipping: All items with free shipping are for FedEx Ground services only. Additional charges will apply for Express deliveries.

Yes. In order to place an international order (including Canada) and determine shipping costs please send an email to:

What is your Return Policy?
You may return an unopened game within 15 days of purchase and will receive the full amount of the game back minus the shipping cost. You will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping the game(s) back to us. All of our games are brand new, never having been opened, unless otherwise indicated.
What Do I do if there were missing pieces in the game?
If pieces are missing, please contact the manufacturer of the game and they will send you the missing pieces for free.
Can I get a Tracking Number for my order?
Tracking numbers are provided by FedEx via your email when the order is shipped and delivered. Direct question about tracking nubers to
